A little while ago I was excited to have made contact with an old friend that I grew up with - Fiona. I literally haven't seen her for about 18 years or more, so it has been great to catch up with her (via facebook), and she still looks exactly how I remember her.
I was so excited to find her blog as she is very talented and takes beautiful photos and edits them in photoshop. I really love the way she does them, so when she asked me if I would be able to email her a photo for her to edit I jumped at the chance! Check our her blog to see how she edited my photo - I love it and can't wait to get it printed out now. Thanks so much Fiona!! My long term goal is to learn how to use my camera properly and also how to use photoshop!! Hopefully one day I will be as clever as you.
Wow girl you look ssssoooo good after that photo shot makeover...what a shame we cant have that sort of job donw and stay like that in real life, without it osting us a fortune and a lot of pain...
ReplyDeleteAwwww, thanks Lisa. That's so kind of you to say all of those lovely things. As I was editing the pic, I marvelled at how really attractive your boys are. They're all so different and unique and extremely handsome. I'll send you the larger file for printing and also some links on how to get started wit Photoshop. It's complicated to start with, but the more you read, the more you learn! Be fore-warned though - it can be very time consuming!!
ReplyDeleteThe photo looks great Lisa, and like you said - it would look excellent on canvas!! It could hang on your wall like the one of the painting of the Kennedy kids on neighbours and stay there for like EVER!!! lol - don't know why I added that bit!!!
ReplyDeleteI love Kobe's smile! Its amazing what you can do in photoshop. I never post a pic without photoshopping!!! Im always on it!
ReplyDeleteWOW! loved the photo before but that's brilliant! It would be lovely on a canvas.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pic and I agree with everyone else it would look fantastic on canvas. We were just talking about getting a family photo and putting it on a canvas above our fire place!
ReplyDeletePhotoshop is so great too. I'm no good at it but I'm slowly learning. :)
She did a great job! Very bright and clear! Love that photo. You're all looking lovely. :D
ReplyDeleteThe verification is 'curryink'. Maybe you're supposed to paint the photo on a canvas with some kind of indian ink?? ;)
