I am still here

A couple of days ago at school, Harri had free choice and decided to make me a card.  He came out to the car with it and was so proud of it.

I almost cried when I read it! It was so lovely and sad at the same time.  I told him it was the most beautiful card I had ever gotten.

Harri's you're a star...all mummies need a pick me up sometimes & your dear little heart saw a need & filled it. I pray that you're always held safe & blessed with every Grace possible.

Wow-do you have some champions in your corner! Aren't kids amazing how they can just say or do the perfect things at the most needed times? I'm happy for you that you have these little angels!

Oh Harri is such a tender soul! It's good the 3 different types of personalities each of your boys has. You all help each other at different times in different ways :D

What a beautiful card and note. He is so sensitive to your needs, I can see that. You are so fortunate to have such a loving son in Harri as well as in Jay and Kobe. You are truly blessed, and they will certainly help you during these tough days ahead. Sending you love and hugs.

My mum and dad kept all the sweet cards and notes we used to write to them. It is nice looking back at them now I'm a parent myself. Your boys are a credit to you and Aaron. xxx

My friend sent me here. I'm so sorry for all that you've been through and yet so inspired by the strength you have to go on. I lost my mother last year and it's been very tough. Reading about back to back losses in your life has me in tears. My kids keep me going and that card is just the sort of thing to make it all worthwhile. Thank you so much for sharing your life.

I'm so sorry for your heartache! You know so much heartache. This post especially touched me. I lost my husband 20 months ago and I have 4 young kids. My husband was also a teacher and a coach. Our hearts are slowly healing, but I have to say that my kids saved me, especially in the beginning. What a sweet little boy you have. He recognizes what is true- we go on because we are still here, and so are our sweet kids. Praying for strength and healing for you. xxoo
