While we were in hospital our builder was busy working away on our house. It was so nice to get out and see how much he had done on it. I'm loving the wide hallways and wide doorways for Noah's wheelchair.
It's really starting to look like a home now with the plaster going up.
We were especially excited to see our kitchen had been installed.
It's so light and sunny in the kitchen/dining room and also the living room. I may be motivated to cook more with the sun streaming in on me all afternoon.
The boys are getting so excited about having their own bedrooms. It's not much of a view looking straight into a fence, but they don't mind and are just happy to be getting a brand new house with their own bedroom.
Jalen checked out his bed position to see if he thought it would be a good spot. Good for a bed, not so good laying down in your school uniform in the dirt and dust!
The builder said it will probably be 3-4 weeks and we can be in and he will finish off the outside jobs like the driveway etc after the inside is done so we can get in ASAP! Getting very exciting now!
EXCITING!!!!

ReplyDeleteYippee!!!! It's really looking like a house now. I love-love-love your big windows and sliding doors. Don't worry about the boys seeing a fence. You could always plant tall flowers or vines, like honeysuckle or morning glory, or the likes. Just think where you'll be by Halloween!
