You are a rock! I read your blog almost everyday and every time I read it I learn. Today was very powerful and something I really needed. It reminded my of that Garth Brooks song, "The Dance" I love that song. While I haven't been through what you have, I would too, choose my life again. I'm thankful for the good and glad to have learned from the bad. . .On another note...you went to Rick's College? I grew up in Rexburg, Idaho; and my hubby went on an LDS mission to Australia, small world eh?
Hang in there, you're family is so lucky to have you!
Lisa, I have been reading your blog for a while now and am just now commenting for the first time. You are so inspiring to me. I honestly find myself thinking about you and your situation and wanting to be more grateful and full of faith like you. You are a great example for us all. Thanks for your words!
Wow this has really made me think about all our different life stories and the fact that even if we were only to have a short time with certain chapters of the story, there is no way we would miss out on them especially as some of these chapters are more powerful and mean more to us than some whole novels!!
I really needed to read that today. Thanks Lisa.
ReplyDeleteThat was incredibly powerful Lisa. You certainly are an inspiring woman with a gift for writing.
ReplyDeleteExactly what i needed.

Hi Jane - thanks for your comment (and everyone else). Yes I went to Ricks for a year and LOVED it. Where did your husband serve his mission?
