Autumn

Aaron's school has this beautiful big tree that puts on a lovely show every Autumn. I happened to have my camera with me today when we picked him up and just had to take a photo of it, to remind me that despite us heading into winter, this time of year really is beautiful.

  3. I smile when I look at this post for three reasons 1. What a beautiful Tree and photo, 2. It is not cold enough for many tree to begin their colours of Autumn display up here 3. And this is the most important, I think of you and your boys and last Autumns post about the tree in your front yard! Have your rakes at the ready! (:

I was in Devonport and Ulversone these last few days and the Autumn trees are spectacular. It is nice having the different seasons, but I would like to do without winter.
    Love Mum.

  8. Not at all Chrish - it was VERY rough and rushed - some of the leaves down the bottom didn't even get done! I was trying to do just the tree, but the sky kept showing through and I got sick of fiddling with small brushes so just went over the sky as well with a bigger brush.
