I'm back with some exciting news!

There are a lot of exciting things happening right now - yes the new house is VERY exciting and we are LOVING it, but that post will be saved for tomorrow when I can take some decent photos. The other exciting thing was that our internet was put back on today - after only TWO days!! Can you believe that!!?

But the REALLY exciting news today, was that I got a phone call from the 'competition line' (or something like that) on my mobile phone. The lady said she was ringing me about the photographic competition I entered, and said she had a few questions to ask me. My heart starting racing a million miles a minute, as I realised the questions she asked me were the same questions they asked me a couple of years ago when I won the local 'Smile' photo competition...Are you an Australian resident? Did you take the photo yourself? Do you or any of your family work for Centro?

I quickly told her the answers and then she said 'congratulations - you got 4th place in over 100 photos!'. I was so excited, especially when she wanted to confirm my address to send me a cheque for $500! I can't wait to jump on the website tomorrow to see which photo won and which other ones placed, as there were so many awesome photos. I can't help but wonder how close I was to coming third (where the prize money would've been $1000) but I'm thrilled to first of all have been selected in the top 100, and then to come 4th in the people's choice.
