Punchbowl Reserve

Tonight after basketball we had an extra hour to fill in as Angie was working an extra hour with Noah. With Di out of action we have a lost a lot of our In Home Support hours, but Angie was able to do an extra hour tonight, so we thought we should make the most of it.

We are so lucky to live so close to so many beautiful parks, so after basketball we took the boys for a quick play at Punchbowl Reserve. Kobe was loving it!! He just loves being out so much and checking everything out. If he was at home at that time of night, he would be grizzling and painful!

He saw ducks for the first time and was so fascinated with them.

The boys wanted to go on 'an adventure', and took off over to the tree house.

It must have been a while since I had gone over there as the tree house is now not really a house at all! It was a lot bigger last time I'd seen it. I guess they had to make it safer than it was.

It was a bit fresh out tonight, but it was just nice to enjoy daylight savings a bit more.

  1. Excellent photos! The ones of you and Kobe are wonderful!

    I like the ducks too.

When we were kids my step dad came up with funny names for all the different ducks. 'Yellow beaked Orange footies', 'Green head silver backs', etc.. Oh Lordy.

    He's American.. sooo.
