Achievement Day

After school today we had an Achievement Day activity for Primary. It is for kids from 8 to 12 years old, so Jalen was very excited that he got to go to his very first one today. It is a program at church where the children have to complete a certain amount of activities each year in a different area - such as developing their talents or service.

Today the kids each sewed their own little bean bag and then used them to play hopscotch. The kids seemed to have lots of fun and they all loved being able to use the sewing machines.

Most of the kids thought they knew how to play, but didn't really know the rules. They now have to teach the game to some younger kids to pass off one of another task in their Achievement Day books.

Jay is very proud of his beanbag.

  1. What a neat program, looks like all the kids had a great time. Way to go on your bean bag Jay.
